NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.185 (eighteen and one half cents) per share, payable on December 15, 2006 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2006.
