NEW YORK, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today increased the quarterly cash dividend to $.125 (twelve and one half cents) per share, from $.115 (eleven and one half cents) an increase of 8.7%. The new dividend will be paid on September 15, 2000 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2000.
