NEW YORK, Aug 1, 2002 -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.135 (thirteen and one half) cents per share, payable on September 13, 2002 to shareholders of record as of August 30, 2002.
