New York, N.Y (November 4, 2004): The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (DOV-NYSE) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 (sixteen cents) per share, payable on December 15, 2004 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2004.
