DOVER COMPLETES SALE OF SARGENT AEROSPACE & DEFENSE

Downers Grove, IL, April 24, 2015 - Dover (NYSE: DOV) announced today that it has completed the previously announced sale of its Sargent Aerospace & Defense unit, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, to RBC Bearings Incorporated (Nasdaq: ROLL) for $500 million.
