NEW YORK, May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.185 (eighteen and one half cents) per share, payable on June 15, 2007 to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2007.
