NEW YORK, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.115 (eleven and one half) cents per share, payable on March 15, 2000 to shareholders of record as of February 29, 2000.
